Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit or exchange.

We understand that you may occasionally wish to exchange your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with that process.

Conditions for exchange

Basic will accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange when returned within 07 days of receipt and accompanied by the original order invoice.

Product can be exchanged with any other product available on our e-store. In the event of the exchange with a lower rupee value, the differential amount will be reimbursed in the form of store credit with a voucher. For a higher rupee value, the remaining amount is to be paid on delivery or Wire Transfer.

All products must be returned unused, with all tags attached in their original box and other packaging where applicable.

Merchandise should not be damaged, altered or show signs of wear & tear.

Cost of shipping would be borne by the customer.

All return items should be sent to: 1, Bangalore Town, Shara-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.
